Becoming a Venom member starts with a desire to be a winner. Once you have realized that you are ready for a higher level of competition, you will need to become a registered member.
Below are the forms you will need to become a Venom Sports member. Please fill them out completely, sign them and bring them to your tryouts or registration processing. Should you have any questions regarding any of the sections on the forms, please feel free to ask a Venom Sports representative to assist you.

Families are encouraged to participate in our Venom Souvenir Journal program. This program was created to assist families with the payment of their athletes’ fees. Should you have any questions regarding the program, please feel free to ask a Venom Sports representative to assist you.
