Congratulations to our athletes that participated on Sunday at the AAU District Championship (Regional Qualifier).  The standout athlete of the meet was Mychael for setting 3 new club records and won a gold medal in the long jump.   Special kudos goes out to Isaiah for his 3 personal records and his firs club record.

Congratulations to our athletes that participated in Sunday’s USA Track & Field Metropolitan Championship.  Although they competed in temperatures that were over 96 degrees, they hung in there and did their best. 

The standout athletes of the meet were Cruz & Joanna for silver medal winnings and for setting two new club records.

Congratulations to our athletes that participated on Sunday.  The stand out athlete of the meet was Cruz for setting two new club records in the 200M and 800M.  Isaiah also set new personal record.   Although Matthew was prepared to race, he fell out of his racing chair, prior to his race and was taken to the hospital.  He is ok and will be back to race another day.

Congratulations to our athletes that participated on Saturday.  The stand out athlete of the meet was Cruz for his gold and silver medals in the 800M and the 400M respectfully.  He and Mychael also set new club records and along with Isaiah, set new personal records.   Although he was without his racing chair, Matthew still chose to compete with his heavier everyday chair.
