Congratulations to our athletes that participated on Sunday.  Mychael & Cruz set new club records in their divisions and all athletes set new (PRs).   As you review the results, please remember that they are competing in the 7-8 year old division, so we are focusing on time improvement and not their placement.

Mychael Vernon (age 5) set a new outdoor Primary Girls (PG) club record in the 400Ms at Sunday’s meet, with a time 1:50.10.  She dropped over 5 seconds off of the previous record that she set, of 1:55.30. 

Isaiah Kamara (age 5) set a new PR in the 100M, with a time of 27.30, dropping .40 seconds off of his previous best of 27.70.  He also set a new PR in the 800M, with a time of 5:54.30, dropping almost 10 seconds off of his previous best of 6:04.85.

Cruz Vernon (age 5) set a new outdoor Primary Boys (PB) club record in the 400M at Sunday’s meet, with a time of 1:20.50, dropping over 27 seconds off of his previous best of 1:47.70.  He also set a club record in the 800M, with a time of 3:45.40, dropping 20 seconds off of the record that he set of 4:34.00.  Cruz also set a PR in the 100M with a time of 20.00, dropping 1 second off of his previous best of 21.00.
